Track Frame

Sep 5, 2012 at 2:20 PM

As documentation says:

The 'Track number/Position in set' frame is a numeric string containing the order number of the audio-file on its original recording. This may be extended with a "/" character and a numeric string containing the total numer of tracks/elements on the original recording. E.g. "4/9".

the track frame should be a string, not a number.

In actual implementation an int.TryParse prevent from setting a string value, maybe should derive from TextFrame instead of NumericFrame

Thanks for catching this Max; I had missed out on this in the spec.

I've added a new issue (23307) and will work on a fix today.

Like you say, I'll change it to a TextFrame and then I figure I'll add int properties for the track number and the total number of tracks.

Regards Jeevan.

The issue has been fixed in changeset 69313.

Is changeset 69313 available on NuGet or to download? I'm using ID3.NET 0.4 Beta 69338 and the fix doesn't appear to be present.
